Johanna Meadows is a substantial farm property, a few kilometres and breath taking views away from the renowned Johanna Beach. A modern, light filled home with conveniences you expect in everyday life and the country dream mixed into it.
Contemporary leather and hardwood furnishings, wood fire, spacious veranda and new appliances ensure your stay is country comfort at its best. The house is located near the top of the farm to guarantee beautiful views of the ocean and rolling hills. All rooms have large French doors for views and access to the covered, wrap-round deck and garden.
The house accommodates 6 people comfortably. King double in the main bedroom and 2 king doubles or four split king singles in the other two bedrooms. The third bedroom is open and is best suited to children.
The farm itself is a sizeable 300 acres, which you are free to explore. It holds native forests, a ten metre hidden waterfall and two permanent streams. There are cows, peacefully munching the lush grass and a variety of native birds, wallabies and kangaroos.
The house is ideally located within close proximity to The Great Ocean Walk and world renowned surf beaches.
